HKC Services provides a range of Consultancy Services specifically relating to IT Service Management. These services may be broken down into the following elements:

Strategy Development: In close collaboration with the client, the development of strategic planning for the design, transition into live, operation and improvement of service management processes in order to establish and improve industry standard best practice for the management of IT Services.
Design: “Ground up” design of service management policies, processes and procedures (where not already existing), applying industry recognised methods, designed to a scale commensurate with the size of the operation.
Transition: Implementation of the above into the live environment, capturing and mitigating risks and issues during the implementation phase.
Operation: Provision of resource to work alongside the IT Operation, delivering experienced resource to assist teams in enhancing their service management capabilities and mentoring those teams to help identify service improvement opportunities.
Service Improvement: Evaluation and assessment of existing IT Service processes and procedures. Identification of opportunities for, and development of planning to introduce service improvements, to assist the client in moving to their next planned level of service management process maturity.
Resourcing: Provision of expertise to identify resources that the client may bring in house to run the improved services. On appointment, provide training, advice and a mentoring service to enable the resources to come up to speed swiftly and efficiently.
